Therapy that feels human.

I’m Brittani Stumbo, Psy.D., LMFT—a therapist, former collegiate athlete, and someone who believes you shouldn’t have to choose between being strong and asking for support.

I work with adults, athletes, and high achievers navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, burnout, and the pressure to keep performing. My role isn’t to tell you who to become. It’s to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters, and make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, with room for both honest reflection and humor. I’ll meet you with compassion while also helping you recognize patterns, practice new skills, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Genuine connection
Therapy doesn’t have to feel overly formal or clinical. I’ll show up as a real person and create space for honesty, vulnerability, and humor.

Thoughtful challenge
Support also means gently exploring the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I’ll help you look beneath the surface with curiosity rather than judgment.

Practical support
Insight matters, but so does knowing what to do with it. We’ll identify tools and meaningful next steps that you can carry into your everyday life.
