Yes. I accept Aetna for individual therapy. Coaching, mental performance consulting, and team training are separate services and are not billed as psychotherapy.

If I am not in network with your insurance plan, I can provide therapy clients with a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits.

I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled after that window may be subject to the full session fee.
